We had a great experience today. Pilots were friendly and weather was great.  On-time departure.   Turkey sandwiches were good (just didn’t have any condiments with them). Black car pick up was very nice! Driver was a bit late but not a problem. One issue to make you aware of - there was a change in the plane.  I had been tracking the original tail number and the plane was still in Iowa this morning. I did reach out to the operations team at 7 AM ET this morning and left a message.  Fortunately, I got an email back that said everything was a go.  
It would be nice to get any change in aircraft as soon as it is known via text or email.  
I was concerned there might have been a mechanical problem with the plane in Iowa resulting in a delay or cancellation of the flight. 
Overall, very good experience. Looking forward to our return on Saturday.

One frustration was that the plane’s WiFi didn’t work, which prevented me from working online as I had planned, hence why I always request planes with WiFi.

I know things like this happen, but wanted you to be aware.

Our flight with ONEFlight International was exceptional, offering top-tier service, comfort, and a seamless travel experience from start to finish. A special mention to our pilot, Connor, who at just __ years old, demonstrated incredible professionalism and skill, making the journey even more impressive.

The crew was great and did nice job with some choppy weather.

I would say the actual quality of the Jet was not up to par.  The seats would not stay in place and were not functioning properly.  The jet was not refurbished in 2016 from what I could tell.

In the future, if we asked for a jet then we should get the quality we asked for.
