Jordan - In general the flights were ok but see below for further details - Leg 1 - *plane interior had not been refurbished as indicated in materials sent to me - probably 10+ years since the last refurbishment. *plugs for re-charging were broken and non-operative. *lavatory seat was broken and had to be held manually while using the facilities - (pilot was made aware of this item) Leg 2 - *plane was not refurbished as indicated in materials sent to me. - probably 10+ years since the last refurbishment. *seats were broken and moved around during take-off - had to change seats several times - pilot indicated it was because of the emergency door the seat had to lay flat - *air conditioner was broken and because of this the lavatory door could not be closed during use because that was the only source of air in the plane. - via the pilot - because of this the lavatory could not be used by me or my wife. *numerous scuffs, marks on seats and the walls. These were 2 separate planes by the same operator. I am looking forward to my next NYC flight in December to have working and updated interiors where the lavatories are not compromised and all equipment in the cabins work. I would question using this operator in the future given the misleading refurbished dates and inaccurate pictures that reflect some other plane than the ones actually used. Let me know if you need further color on any of the items as I already spoke to Drew after the first leg. The second leg was actually worse.
